Quota counts slabs marked as available. The moment a slab is sold or reserved, it stops counting against your tier — turnover frees capacity automatically.

When you reach your tier limit, sync pauses and we surface the next folder in the queue. You upgrade only when you choose to. No metered overage charges hiding on your invoice.
Anniversary monthly billing
Stripe charges your card on the same date each month, starting after your 14-day trial ends. Cancel any time from your billing settings — no contracts, no calls.

Q01 What happens when I reach my slab quota?
Sync pauses and we show you the next folder in the queue waiting to be processed. Your existing inventory stays live — only new uploads halt. Click upgrade and sync resumes from where it stopped, no re-scan needed.
Q02 How does the 14-day trial work?
Pick any tier, enter your card, and you're in. We don't charge for 14 days. On day 14, Stripe automatically charges your first month at the tier you selected. Cancel before day 14 and you're not charged at all.
Q03 Can I downgrade later?
Yes, as long as your live slab count fits the target tier. If you're on Pro with 5,500 live slabs and want Starter, you'll need to delete or sell down to 500 first. We won't auto-delete your inventory.
Q04 What counts as a "live" slab?
Any slab with status `available`. Slabs you've marked as sold or reserved don't count against your quota — turnover frees up capacity automatically.
Q05 Do you charge per transaction or commission?
No. Stonely is a flat-rate SaaS subscription. We don't take a cut of your sales, charge per quote, or meter API calls. The monthly fee is the entire cost.
Q06 When am I billed?
On the anniversary of your trial-end date each month. Stripe handles the cycle natively and emails you receipts. Update your card any time from billing settings.
